How do I schedule a site visit and personal meeting?

Feel free to ring us on +61 411 608 400 and we will be more than happy to show you the options.

How many pets can we have with us for our wedding/stay?

Maximum of two pets.

Are there any areas where pets can’t go?

We ask that pets remain inside the fenced areas unless on a lead to keep everyone safe.

Can we have a religious ceremony?

We do not currently cater for religious ceremonies.

What happens if we planned our ceremony outside but it’s raining?

No need to worry, we cater for all weather conditions. Our main site has a magnificent undercover deck with heating and protection from the elements and other sites have either a cellar door or decorated marquee when needed.

How do I book extra accommodation?

when you are booking your event be sure to speak to us about availability and we will do what we can to assist. extra accommodation isn’t covered by your event fee but if you book early enough we are sure we can secure extra rooms for you.

What is Little Weddings Yarra Valley’s deposit and cancellation fee?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date with the remainder to be paid one month prior to your event date. If you cancel 6 months prior to your event we will refund the full deposit. If you cancel within 3 months there is a 20% cancellation fee and within one month a 50% cancellation fee.

How many guests can attend?

You can have up to 30 friends and family come to your event.

Is a same sex commitment ceremony the same as a wedding ceremony?

This type of ceremony is usually a commitment ceremony and is handled similarly to a wedding ceremony without the legal implications. Bring on same sex marriages!

Can we have a special request incorporated into our wedding?

In order to keep the events as affordable as possible we try to keep things as streamlined as possible, however do speak to us about your desires and we will do what we can to accommodate them.

What can we give as wedding favours?

Candles, seedlings, doggie treats, macarons, handmade biscuits, chocolates, wine, jam, local olives – the list goes on! Ask us if you would like us to source local options for you for an additional cost.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements?

Absolutely!  Let us know as early possible and we can work wity our caterers to make sure everyone remembers the food at your event for years to come.

I have a particular wedding style I’m after. Can I decorate my tables?

We host cocktail style weddings so we don’t have set tables. We also take care of the decorations for you. We do ask you to suggest your favourite colour theme and please feel free to discuss your thoughts with us and we will accommodate if we can.

Will there be another wedding on the same day?

No, we only host one wedding per day.

How many cars will your parking lot accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 15 cars and also organise transport at an extra cost within a 15km radius of the wedding venue.

Can vehicles be left overnight?

Only vehicles belonging to those staying at the wedding venue can remain overnight.

Are candles allowed?

In some circumstances we can include candles in your decorations, however as we specialise in outdoor weddings we may need to consider wind and total fire ban conditions.

What time do you suggest we start the event?

As we only have one wedding per day you have flexibility over when you can hold your event. We think a late afternoon is best to make the most of the gorgeous sunsets – howe over lunchtime events are also lovely.

Can the photographer take photos of us getting ready offsite?

Yes, photos can be taken offsite as long as it’s within 20km of the venue.
